In my debut project at Meesho, I revamped the app's post-order feedback flow, immersing myself in research and direct customer interactions—an exhilarating journey! Leveraging streamlined UX design and extensive iterative testing, our solution propelled the rated orders from 20% to 35%, establishing it as one of the highest conversion rates among major e-commerce players.

I am involved in developing various strategies and UX improvements for different activation initiatives at Meesho. One recent success was the implementation of the first-order discount structure. The main challenge we encountered was effectively communicating and assisting new users in realizing the availability of discounts. Solving this challenge led to a 3% increase in new order activations & 0.95% uptake in NMV per install

Since 2021, Meesho has been on a rollercoaster ride of growth, opening multiple opportunities at the top of the funnel side of the app. Here, we seized the chance to drive several design-led projects, solving for cross-category adoption and building navigation for our various shopping verticals such as Meesho Mall and Live Commerce, Meesho Trendz etc.
